Information is collected only for legitimate service purposes
Customer data is protected with appropriate safeguards

How we handle customer information
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit the InstSMS website, create an account, submit business information, make a payment, send messages, review reports, or contact our support team.
Our privacy approach
We process information only for legitimate service, security, operational, support, payment, and legal purposes connected to InstSMS.
01
Information we collect
We collect the account and business information needed to create, verify, maintain, and support an InstSMS account.
This may include contact details, business information, sender ID request information, payment records, messaging activity, support conversations, and other information provided while using the service.
02
How information is used
Information is used to provide and manage the InstSMS service, process account activity, support messaging operations, maintain payment records, deliver reports, and respond to customer enquiries.
We may also use information to improve service reliability, prevent misuse, investigate security concerns, maintain operational records, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
03
Analytics and advertising
We use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and TikTok Pixel, to understand website visits, measure campaign performance, and improve how InstSMS is presented to prospective customers.
These providers may process device, browser, interaction, referral, and approximate location information in accordance with their own privacy practices. Browser settings and provider controls may be used to manage applicable cookies and tracking preferences.
04
Messaging information
InstSMS processes message content, recipient numbers, sender IDs, campaign details, delivery activity, and related usage information as required to provide business messaging services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that recipient information and message content are collected and used lawfully and with appropriate permission where required.
05
Payment information
Payment and billing information is processed to support sender ID purchases, credit recharges, transaction records, payment verification, and customer assistance.
Some payments may be completed through external payment providers. Their handling of payment information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
06
Referral and withdrawal information
We process referral links, account relationships, eligible sender ID purchase activity, commission records, withdrawal history, and fraud-prevention signals to operate and protect the referral program.
Bank account details supplied for a withdrawal are encrypted and made available only to authorized staff involved in reviewing or completing the request. Customers see only masked account details after submission.
08
Keeping information safe
We use appropriate organizational and technical safeguards intended to protect customer information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Access to customer information is limited to authorized people and service providers who require it for legitimate operational or business purposes.
09
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for protecting their account access, keeping registration information accurate, and avoiding the disclosure of passwords or private credentials.
Suspected unauthorized access, exposed credentials, or unusual account activity should be reported promptly through the official support channel.
10
Information retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, support customers, preserve accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or compliance obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it is held, and any applicable operational or legal requirements.
When a customer requests account deletion, access is frozen and deletion is scheduled after a 30-day recovery period. A successful sign-in during that period cancels a customer-requested deletion. Administrator-requested deletions must be reviewed through support. Some information may still be retained where applicable law requires it.
11
Privacy questions and requests
Customers may contact InstSMS with questions about how their information is handled or with privacy-related requests concerning their account.
We may need to verify the identity and authority of the requester before responding to a request or making changes to account information.
12
Updates to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when required to reflect service changes, operational practices, legal obligations, or privacy requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of InstSMS after an update becomes effective means the revised policy will apply.
Protecting your own information
Never send passwords, private credentials, payment card details, or other highly sensitive information through public contact forms or ordinary support messages. Use official account tools and support channels when assistance is required.
